We research and support programs by renowned genealogy experts and offer monthly educational programs to members (free) and non-members ($5). We meet on Zoom (and occasionally in-person following COVID regulations) typically on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 pm ET.  Advance registration is required for all programs and must be posted by midnight before the program.  Please contact our Vice President for Programming to discuss speaker opportunities and program ideas.

    The Samuel H. Miller Keeping Our Words Alive Digital Archive of the Cleveland Jewish News is an important community resource, allowing the community to explore local Jewish newspapers going back to 1889, including 61 years of Cleveland Jewish News coverage. This presentation will help you navigate searching on the new archive site.

    Abby Royer is the operations manager of the Cleveland Jewish Publication Company and has been with the company for over 14 years. She works with all aspects of the business (administration, production, editorial, sales, events and digital) and was the project manager for the recent conversion of the archives from one digital host to another.

    This hybrid meeting, held in-person at Congregation Mishkan Or and via Zoom, is free and open to the public. Registration by Thursday, March 5th, is requested for all attendees. It is required for those who wish to participate via Zoom.
